Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Important Notice on Fees: Payment processing fees (charged by Stripe/PayPal) are non-refundable to us. Therefore, all approved refunds are subject to a 5% administrative fee to cover these non-recoverable costs.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Digital Audiobooks & eBooks: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of MP3s, ebooks, and other downloadable content are final and non-refundable once the download link has been generated.
  • Signed & Personalized Books: Personalized or signed copies of books are made specifically for you. These are final sale and cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Gift Cards: Digital or physical gift cards are non-refundable.

Merchandise & Apparel

For merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, mugs, etc.):

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • If you ordered the wrong size, you may return the item for an exchange or refund (minus the 5% fee) within 30 days, but you are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the item arrived with a printing error or defect, please email us immediately with a photo, and we will replace it free of charge.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (minus the 5% administrative fee), within 5-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears.

Damaged Items & Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a standard book for the same item due to shipping damage, send us an email at questions@novelnestmedia.com with a photo of the damage.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, please refer to the paper in your package for return addresses. If you do not have it please email us and we will coordinate with you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
